• They will arrive in good condition with at least one visible eye

Upon arrival, please inspect your tubers immediately. If you have concerns, contact us within 24 hours. We will work with you to resolve any issues.

After 24 hours, the buyer assumes full responsibility. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

• Damage from pests, weather, or improper storage
• Issues due to growing conditions or negligence
• Overall plant performance

Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion.

We ship tubers within the USA, except to Hawaii.

Shipping Timeline:

• Orders ship via USPS starting in April, once freezing temperatures have passed.

Shipping Rates:

• $12 Flat Rate Shipping per order.

Dahlia viruses are common—the American Dahlia Society reports that 87% of healthy-looking dahlias may carry a virus. Unfortunately, virus symptoms can develop over time and cannot always be diagnosed visually.

While we cannot guarantee virus-free tubers, we are committed to minimizing risk by:

• Closely monitoring plants and removing any that show signs of illness
• Implementing strict sanitization protocols for tools and hands between plants
• Continuously improving our virus prevention efforts

Dahlia tubers come in many shapes and sizes—long, short, round, skinny, or irregular. No matter their shape, all tubers we ship will have:
✅ At least one visible eye (this is where the sprout will grow)
✅ Viability for planting
